Overview

This page explains how to delete your LushAIEdu account and what happens to your data. LushAIEdu is a Personalised Learning System operated by LushAITech. These steps apply to the LushAIEdu mobile application and related web services.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the LushAIEdu app and sign in.

Go to Account

Tap Delete account

Your request is processed immediately. You will be signed out on all devices.

How to delete your account on the web

Open the LushAIEdu website and sign in.

Go to Account

Click Delete account

This uses the same account deletion as the mobile app.

If you cannot use the app or website

Email info@lushaitech.com from the email address or phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. Include the name of the app (LushAIEdu) and enough detail for us to find your account. You may also contact your school administrator.

What is deleted immediately

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal details and revoke all sessions:

Name, email address, phone number, postal address, and gender

Profile photo

Google Sign-In link and password

Signed-in sessions on every device

After deletion you can register again later with the same email or phone number.

What is kept

Attendance and other institute roll history are retained as school records. Erasing those rows would corrupt past attendance rolls and summaries. The account is anonymised (shown as "Deleted user") so it is no longer tied to your name, email, phone, photo, or login.

Your institution may keep certain administrative records as required for school operations.
